Basic warranty period is 24 months excluding misuse defined as abuse, accidental damage, modifications, improper wiring, improper repair, incorrect repair, and operation outside specified operating temperatures and humidity. For further warranty information on this product please refer to the Savant New Product Limited Warranty document.

Return Information - Non-Defective

Savant accepts returned products at the restocking rates below. Installation Kits must be returned intact or will be invoiced in addition to any applicable restocking fees. Custom, demo, factory refurbished, or clearance products may not be returned for credit.

·     0 - 45 Days – No Handling Fee

·     46 - 90 Days – 30% Handling Fee

·     Over 90 Days – No Credit

Opened Box

·    0 - 45 Days – 10% Handling Fee

·    46 - 90 Days – 30% Handling Fee

·    Over 90 Days – No Credit

Return Information - Defective - Within 24 MONTHS

Savant offers advanced replacement on all in-warranty products. Advanced replacement products are shipped via 3-day Express Saver (US) or International Economy (Canada). To qualify for advanced replacement, a valid RMA number for the original product is required as well as a valid Purchase Order (PO) for the advanced replacement product.
