AudioQuest offers any defective cable, connector, or factory assembled product a lifetime warranty. For all other products, AudioQuest offers a one-year warranty. For more information please click here.

Return Information - In Warranty - Non-Defective

All returns are subject to prior approval by AudioQuest. Returns are eligible if product is still current (not discontinued) and in new condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Return requests can be started in Savant's Customer Community using the live chat or case features.

Return Information - In Warranty - Defective

AudioQuest will repair or replace any defective cable, connector, or factory assembled product that has not been abused, for the lifetime of the product. For all other products, AudioQuest will repair or replace any defective product that has not been abused, for up to one year from the original date of purchase. For assistance with your defective unit, start a case in Savant's Customer Community.
