Warranty Information

Basic warranty period is 15 months excluding misuse defined as abuse, accidental damage, modifications, improper wiring, improper repair, incorrect repair, and operation outside specified operating temperatures and humidity. For further warranty information on this product please refer to the Savant New Product Limited Warranty document.

* Please note that any gel coated or waterproof product warranty damage due to water ingestion is voided if the strip is cut.

Return Information - Non-Defective

Savant accepts returned products at the restocking rates below. Installation Kits must be returned intact or will be invoiced in addition to any applicable restocking fees. Custom, demo, factory refurbished, or clearance products may not be returned for credit.

Return Information - Defective - Within 1 YEAR

Savant offers advanced replacement on all in-warranty products. Advanced replacement products are shipped via 3-day Express Saver (US) or International Economy (Canada). To qualify for advanced replacement, a valid RMA number for the original product is required as well as a valid Purchase Order (PO) for the advanced replacement product. Return Information - Defective – After 1 YEAR

KLUS Company warrants the IP20 rated indoor LED Strip Lights to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, for seven (7) years from the initial ship date. The only exceptions to the seven-year warranty period are as follows: • K-NF, WP, RGB, RGBW product families which all have a four (4) year warranty.

KLUS Company warrants the LED Extrusions, Accessories and LED Fixtures to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service, for four (4) years from the initial ship date. The light sources inside KLUS IP20 rated, static color fixtures are warranted for seven (7) years from the initial ship date. The only exception to the four-year warranty period is the T- Cover which has a two (2) year warranty. Full warranty information here.
